The property consists of 4 apartments , of which only two rented.
Apartment 1 is located on the left side of the house on the mezzanine floor . The apartment 2 on the right side in the first Floor. Each apartment consists of a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower, a living room with a pull out couch ( sleeping for two children) . In the living room there is also the kitchen and the dining area to the 4 people can sit . The living room opens to the large private terrace , which is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. In the garden there is a barbecue area which can be at any time makes also use . An open two-car garage is also available.
To the beautiful pebble beach can be reached in 3min ( 150m ) . The sea is very clean and flat, after about 20m to get into deep water , ie it is ideal for children to swim there.
