SEA STAR APARTMENTS - near the most beautiful city beaches... We are situated in a quiet southeastern part of Zadar, near the Kolovare Promenade known for it´s panoramic view over the surrounding islands and beautiful sunsets.
The most beautiful beaches of Zadar are distant only several minutes on foot,while the centar (old town) is distant only 10 minutes by car.
There you can visit various summer festivals and exhibitions,enjoy entertainments in night-clubs and taste typical dalmatian food in numerous city restaurants...
Fast food (Mc Donald´s and local food),bankomat and exchange office are distant only 5 minutes by car, while the nearest supermarket and beach only several minutes on foot.
We rent 2 apartments:
APARTMENT 1 (groundfloor): contains 2 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed and 1 room with a single bed; comlete kitchen(+ microwave); bathroom(WC, shower) and corridor.
Both rooms have TV sat, free internet connection and electric ventilation.
Max 3 persons; ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Price in July and August: 50 euro/night,all included.
Price in June and September: 40 euro/night, all included; only accommodation for less than 5 days is 50 euro/night.
APARTMENT 2 (1st floor): contains 3 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with double bed + single bed and 1 room with 2 single beds; complete kitchen (+ microwave); dining room (table,sofa,TV sat); 2 bathrooms (WC, bath,bide),corridor and terrace (plastic table and chairs, umbrella).
All rooms have air conditioning, Tv sat and possibility to use internet.
Max 7 persons; ideal for more families, couples or a group of friends.
Price in July and August: 80 euro/night, all included.
Price in June and Septembar; 70 euro/night, all included; only accommodation for less than 5 days is 80 euro/night.
For booking is necessary to pay 30% of total price, while the rest you are paying on arrival.
On arrival is also necessary to leave a deposit of 100 euro (as assurance of possible damages in the apartment), otherwise it will be given back to you in the day of your departure.
In front of the apartments is a yard with parking and immediately in front of the house is a bus stop where you can reach the center (old town) in 10 minutes and visit the historical monuments,museums,churches and modern architecture like Sea Organs and Sun Greeting..
