Welcome to the blue house! The house of the fishermen and the hardworking members of Kolega family ! The house can be rented as a whole house for 8 people or it can be rented apartment by apartment for 4 people. The prices are presented as for whole house but in case of renting apartment by apartment the price is 2 x less ( for 4 people). The house has a lot of pictures of fishing boats and fishing tradition about which the municipality of Kali is known for. The house is very spacious and comfortable and ideal for large family, two families or large group of friends. North side of the house has a beatifull view on the seaside and the city of Zadar. The sea isn´t far a way (250 m) and is possible to choose among several beatitul beaches with disposable showers. Every room has it´s own balcony and there is a balcony infront of the living room too. On the 1st floor there is also possible to go to the balcony from the kitchen. The main room on each floor has its own small bathroom with wc and the shower and there is also the main bathroom on each floor with a bathtube, washing mashine and the wc included. One of the best parts of the property is for shoure a grill place room which is settled outside of the house. It can be used by all guests, and in the case of renting apartment by apartment (for 4 people) it is the matter of agreement with the owner and the other guests and can be coordinated with them. Material for burning the fire in the grill place is available in nearby groceryshops (2 of them) in 50 m. Using the garage and bringing the pets is also a matter of special agreement with the owner. Infront of the house is a garden, 2 parking places, and an outside shower. Welcome, we are expecting you!
