This traditional family apartment is the perfect place to relax. It is located on the ground floor of the house and separated from the rest of the property, so it functions as a spacious independent house of about 100 m2. It is fully equipped and has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and a balcony. One room has access to a balcony, and the other has its own bathroom. The apartment is located about a hundred meters from the beach (a few minutes walk), in a quiet street, away from the main road and the noise of the beach bars on the beach.
Guests have access to a large courtyard with a beautiful garden where they can relax. Parking is free and is located within the property, but the entrance to the courtyard is somewhat narrow, so caution is required when entering with larger cars. It is also possible to park for free on the street.
Guests can use the outdoor solar shower, which provides a special atmosphere of showering with warm water heated by the sun, especially after returning from the beach. There is also a portable American-style barbecue, which is used in the courtyard, away from the balcony and windows so that smoke does not enter the apartment.
We welcome guests who value peace and relaxation over partying and noise.

In front of the apartment there is a large terrace with a table for all guests. The terrace can be visually separated by a screen from the passageway used by the hosts and their visitors.

Arrival at the apartment is possible from 2:00 PM, and departure by 10:00 AM.
House rules require silence from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
